1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, makeup, or other odors.

3. Return Process

Contact our customer service team at styletemptation70@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Exchange shipping is complimentary within Nigeria.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made items, personalized items, and made-to-measure garments cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

8. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
